i was going to make this thread.

but then aaron made that other thead.

and then i thought. HEY IT'S A FREE COUNTRY. UNLESS YR POSTING FROM NORTH KOREA WHICH YOU'RE NOT BC THERE'S NO INTERNET THERE LOL.

i guess i should've made a poll.

sorry i was laughing too hard at my north korea joke to think straight.

for the past several years i've been reading 0-1 books per month.

but i'd like to get up to at least 48 per month this summer.

i guess w/ my 12 wpm reading lvls maybe it won't happen. but it's good to have goals.

my TBR list on goodreads is at about 63. and that's just the ones i remember to put on there.

I srsly think we should have a book club/book of the month thread, where we all read the same thing.

Would anybody do that?

Goodreads is retarded. The users are all either 8th graders or menopausals.

they used to have one some years back when more people were here.

i never partook bc i was high and/or off learning maths or some such horrible thing.

idk if i'd do it now bc i feel like they'd make me read jane eyre or something.

you didn't answer the thread, bface.

yes, i thought this thread title seemed a bit... reductive.

anyway, lately, i've not been reading books.

typically, 3-4 per month.

but, out here on the prairie.

i don't even know where a bookstore is.

and i refuse to get a local id.

so i don't have a library card.

i suppose when i go back to the city i will resume normal reading.
