Ah. Well, if you liked Running With Scissors, I would recommend you get your hands on "A Million Little Pieces" by James Frey. I actually read it before I read Running With Scissors, but I definitley should think it a very compelling follow-up read. Technically, it has been cited as a memoir, but there's been some public speculation as to how much of it is actually non-fictional.
