Has anyone read this? I snagged it off my sisters shelf and am half way through but I've suddenly had the compulsion to sling it against a wall and read something more worthy. I keep getting engrossed in the seperate stories which come to an abrupt and unfinished end and cannot see how on earth they connect other than silly little coincidences.
Should I keep on reading? Is it worth it? Is there gunna be some big payoff at the end that'll make me go 'whoah... so thats what it's all about' ? (the kind of thing I've been waiting forever to happen on LOST?

) Or should I just go read Anna Karenina.
