chyia, when i am reading them, i find myself wanting to crawl away in embarrassment... but i cant crawl away from myself? and besides i want to read the next chapter.
my boss was obsessed with twilight for like a week. she read all the books. but she was so embarrassed to read them in public, especially on the train where everyone else either reads the newspaper or the latest nytimes fiction bestseller...so she made brown paper bag bookcovers for them. hahaha.
im reading harry potter for like the 5th or 6th time. i am not ashamed to carry that massive book in my purse and read it during the commute.

I managed to read about one page of the first Twilight book. What rubbish. And my mum forced me to watch the DVD with her...it was simply awful. Total shit.
If you want to read a good vampire book, try The Vampire Lestat by Anne Rice.

harry potter is well written. big difference.
