not factual books, though I like them too, just reading several perspectives of the same thing would be a bit boring, but any really good ones recommend away. I mean like a novel with that whole voodoo culture, a witchdoctor and stuff.

any recommendations? there must be a few.

I can only think of the short story The Call of Cthulhu by lovecraft and that's not really proper voodoo, but even something like that.

Wide Sargasso Sea by Jean Rhys has some voodoo elements. I mean it's not the main thrust of the novel, but it's pretty important.
