also typing all caps in business world is ****ty. but i did know this. because i am a professiona.l but there was a fat asian lady who was like " BUT WHAT IF I WANT THEM TO DO IT NOW...HOW WILL THEY KNOW??" so it was a pretty great day. full of growth.
