theres not much difference at alll, from what i heard.
but im not about to read them BOTH to find out though.
maybe if it wasnt 1000 pages long.
there were something like 400 pages cut when it was originally released. the 90s release just adds all that back in. it's basically character development, and and added scene to the ending.
so yeah, if you only intend to read it once, i'd read the unedited but it doesn't matter. you won't miss any of the story.
he changed the dates when it was re-released and that's the only drawback. some of the things just don't work when you stick them in the 90s.

well you can't actually hear him singin'.
cause you can't hear ANY of the backup singing.
but i like how he just randomly shows up and jams on a random song.

i was reading some reviews on different sites. of the stand. to try to figure out which one i should bother reading.
and then on amazon.com.uk, this guy was having a tizz bc the book is about 99.9% of the earth's population getting wiped out, but all the focus and fretting and action is where? 'Merica!!

well, yes, i would imagine so. stephen king wrote it.
gary sinise, yes. and rob lowe is deaf. and molly ringwald is in it. and the hooker from pretty woman who is the real hooker and not julia roberts. and her hair goes grey by the end. and they have a great trash can man. "A Fire.......... a Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig fire."
