now, normally i am not a self-help lit kind of a girl.
but i need some self-help lit atm, because helping myself isn't really being my strong suit and i need some bolstering.
has anyone read this?
i work in a book shop & it keeps catching my eye.
worth spending my hard earned cash on?

just take it off the shelf and read it during yr breaks. that's what i used to do. unless yr evil boss is lurking.

i looked at it at barnes and noble a few years ago. i think it tried to tell me not to sleep with my exes, so i put it down. i'm not trying to hear that.
