i'd honestly like to burn this in the courtyard, but my landlady is a total drag and she's been home all week.

I thought it started off good but then it turns into a typically melodramatic fiction novel awash with stupid sub-plots which have little bearing on the main theme.

I thought it was the crappiest book I had read in a while that had got such pointless critical acclaim. The plot was so thunderingly obvious and overly melodramatic, it was just ridiculous. I can't believe so many people liked it. It had all the subtlety of a sledgehammer.
