Has anybody read this book? I watched the film quite sometime ago and thought it was good, but I must say that the book is a fantastic read and as cliche as it sounds definitely beats the movie hands down. It definitely makes me want to visit Savannah to witness the eccentric characters that reside there.

I don't remember much of it but I remember really loving it.
Which surprised me because its normally not my kind of thing.

Same here. I read the book when I was 14 and loved it, watched the movie and fell madly in love with Kevin Spacey.
