OHHH I loved Wicked so so much. My friend lent it to me after we saw the musical.

The only other Maguire book I've read is the sequel (Son Of A Witch) which was also excellent.

i loved this book.
i tried reading another one of his, the one about cinderella's step sisters? i forget what it's called. but i couldn't get into it, so i was really surprised when i started wicked and couldn't put it down.

I loved it. I'm trying to get money for "Son of a Witch" or other books that he wrote because they all sound so interesting and I really like the way the writes.

And the one you're thinking of Lissie I think is called "Confessions of an Ugly Step Sister"

yep that's the one.

i couldn't make it past the first couple pages of that one, and i was really disappointed because i love the idea of taking fairy tales and old stories and doing what he does with them.

but the part with the goat having sex
that was so great. i still get off to that.

I've been meaning to pick it up as well as "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister."

I love this book!

I didn't find it entertaining at all. The concept of it was great but the syntax and plot was just flat out boring and never seemed to mesh together.
