| | Eclipse by Stephanie Meyer RELEASED! Eclipse, the third book in the series about vampires by Stephanie Meyer, came out two days ago. Did anyone else read Twilight and/or New Moon?
I can't wait to read Eclipse. I already have it, now just a matter of finding the time, since I know I won't put it down. |

| | | I can't seem to enjoy vampires fantasy. I got about a quarter-way through Twilight and just couldn't go on, so bored. I never could get into Anne Rice either. I like Meyer's continual style, though, she describes emotions beautifully. |

| | | I'm in love with the series! I liked New Moon better. I was disappointed in Eclipse. I was annoyed at Bella the whole book through. Have you finished reading yet? I'm sure you have. |

| | | i read twilight and new moon but not because i liked them--the plots were horrible little teenybopper chewed up pulp--but they make me feel like i'm 13 again! |

| | | I read Twilight and New Moon, so I will read Eclipse, but I have some problems with it. First of all, who would choose eternal damnation to be with a high school boyfriend? They're so melodramatic about their love, it's annoying. And I hope in Eclipse they discuss their physical limitations because it's definitley a problem isn't?
I mean, honestly immortal life here on earth is something I think most of us wouldn't choose - Unless your truly horrifiied by death. But to be with a high school boyfriend? So yeah, that's my problem with it. |

I am SO in love with this series.
It haunts my dreams.
I fucking love Edward, I finally got over my hate of Jacob, and I want to be Bella.
Is there going to be one after Eclipse??
I can't get enough.
They all need to be at least 3,000 pages to keep me occupied.
Ugh. |

i think the book would be so much more appealing if it turned into a full one on one S&M erotica series with edward and bella and that wolf guy.
can you honestly say you wouldn't at least peep into it? |

| | | I'd like that. I think Stephanie Meyer is one of those censored authors for YA, who too, is afraid to say the word sex.
The books aren't wirrten bad but at the end of the day it's almost laughable because of my reasons stated above. |

| | | Theres another book after Eclipse and then a possible book in Edwards pov? The first chapter of that is on Stephanies website.
I think the book would be better with some vampire sex. haha.
I love me some jacob though. |

| | | Bella is the most annoying but yet charming main character ever I find. I'm in lovelustcraze with edward cullen.
Lady Violet has her word to say in this thread, I am sure but she's never on kr anymore. she's absolutely obsessed with the saga and she's the one that got me into it.
I can't wait for breaking dawn, and the movie. Robert is gonna be a great Edward. |

the books are pretty horribly written but they're very entertaining and funny. i mean, he sparkles for gods sake!! haha can't wait for the movie! i hate edward but robert pattinson is pretty hot - i think he could maybe make me like the character.
