yep....no more Premiere

one of my favorite magazines. a well written, extensive, interesting magazine purely about movies and the industry as a whole......

the publisher has pulled the plug and the april 07 issue will be the last

I got that magazine for YEARS (they have good prices for subscriptions..).

It seems like there's only gossipy bullshit entertainment mags left.

I enjoy reading Entertainment Weekly a bit too, but I find the content isnt quite as good as Premiere.

Premiere was the really movie fans magazine. It wasnt some glossy thing mainly concerted with indie film only or some gossip magazine masquarading as a movie mag.

Always worth a soundbite.

I think they are carrying on just as a web-based magazine in the US, but internationally, they will still have a hard-copy version.
