The most recent was "Dead Famous" by Ben Elton. It's that sort of book. Hardly the kind of thing you'll go dipping into for ages, or reading before bed time. If you can't finish it in one go, you might as well just move on to something more substantial. A fun read but.

| | | As a wee boy I read a hundred or so Target novelisations of Doctor Who stories. I bet that gets my figure up. Sometimes several in an afternoon.

| | hmm quite a few when i was in new zealand which i can't really remember too well.
Catcher in the Rye. I once read 2 and a half H.G. Wells novels in a day but they arent very long. I know i've done a good 800-1000 page fantasy book in a day before. The first Harry Potter to see what it was all about.
Hmm i havent read all day long for a long time, but when you start a book and instantly get glued i've stayed up half the night alot, which isnt good for my uni work |
