| | | yeah i loved white oleander. the movie not so much. and this book ... i don't like the sound of the plot but if it's written as well as white oleander it might be worth checking out!

| | | I absolutely love White Oleander, so I'm sure I'll read this eventually. Probably when it comes out in paperback, it's like 30 bucks now at Borders. |

| | | yeah, i agree with band aid.
i did like it a lot, but it took me a while to get into. i could really empathise with the main character and that made me want to read it more.
definitely ask for it for your birthday! |

| | honestly, i kinda hated this book.
it took me a loooong time to get through it.
it just wasn't one of those books that i wanted to sit and finish in one day.
i hated the main character, she was boring and pretty much useless.
i wouldn't recommend this book to anyone, really.
if you are a fan of fitch's, by all means read it.
but don't buy it, borrow it from the library. |

but don't buy it, borrow it from the library. | I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. It took me a long time to read it too. I just wasn't very interested. The Josie character annoyed me so much. I hated the things she did, I won't say what just in case somebody who hasn't read the book reads this, but uhh yeah. I loved the ending though, I thought it was perfect. White Oleander was definitely better. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
