i know im a little behind because he was really hip about a year or two ago. i just read magical thinking and now i want to read "running with scissors." he's a bit cocky and arrogant even in his self deprication, but i still like him. he relies too much on his vanity being a flaw at least in his most recent book.

His life is fucking fascinating, I love him. It's probably best to read his books in order, so read Running With Scissors before you read Dry.

Sellevision is worth reading for sure, but I find his memoirs more fascinating and absorbing. He's brilliant. Thanks for telling me he has a new book coming out, I'm so glad.

i wanted to read them in order, but i found magical thinking cheap. i'll stll enjoy running with scissors. im going to order it or buy it in the next few days i think.

running is better than his others. sellevision was just okay.
