My daughter is a junior in high school and needs to read more. Can someone recommend some books that will really grab her interest so we can develop a library want list??

White Oleander - Janet Fitch
The Perks of Being a Wallflower - Stephen Chbosky
Virgin Suicides - Jeffrey Eugenides

Some classics she might like:
Alice in Wonderland - Lewis Carrol
Catcher in the Rye - JD Salinger
The Belljar - Sylvia Plath

If she needs something really enthralling to get her interested in reading, maybe some Stephen King? The Shining is my favorite.

Candy by Mian Mian
How the Light Gets In by M.J Hyland

I'm not sure if all those are the correct titles/authors. I hope she likes them =)
