I was browsing the local reader's online website for interesting past stories, when I came upon this:

After reading the opening paragraph ("In 1988, a young man in Kansas City named Chris Bryson dabbled with the wrong things, dealt with the wrong people and one night trusted the wrong man, who clubbed him, raped him and injected his throat with Drano.") I deemed it fascinating enough to keep reading, only to find out the man responsible for that act, as well as the torture and murder of six other guys, held a booth called "Bizarre Bazaar" in the flea market/bar and grill where I work. I will never look at the flea market in the same way. Weird shit. My manager has worked there since the mid-80s, I'm going to have to ask her about this sick fuck.

And it seems, a strange sort of documentary was made about this, and although I typically don't watch movies, I really want to see this one.

It's possible it could be a different person, isn't it? Still creepy though. My boyfriend works with a level 3 sex offender. Isn't that smart? They gave him a job at the Washington State Firefighters Association, a telemarketing place where the name, phone number, and address pops on the screen when you call someone. Safe for all the kids who say their parents aren't home, huh?

I know. It was very creepy. I hated going to pick my boyfriend up. The guy was really skeezy looking too.

i checked the sex offender list for an apartment i almost took, which had a host of sex offenders (like, 7 or 8 of them in very close proximity--including a female charged with rape who lived in the same house as my apartment was located!), mostly with charges like rape, sexual assault and sodomy. one guy convicted of child molestation was SMILING in his mugshot.

i know right!
i actually met the lady too. she was under the alias ann at the time and i remember exactly what she looked like and i was only like 13 or 14 at the time. i just remember there was something weird and unsettling about her.
i think she was known as the black widow of las vegas or something.
