In my non-legal common-sense opinion:

KR needs to take precautions so that it doesn't get shut down. How could it get shut down? If an angry parent finds out that their teenage daughter is on kittyradio doing "bad things," and made a big fuss, then it could cause a lot of problems. Here's the thing: I'm sure there are a lot of fake profiles where it says the age is 80 years old, and the person is really 16 (just like on myspace). If a person under 18 with an age of 80 posts in the 18+ forum, kittyradio has no way to know they should stop it (unless someone informs them the member has a fake birthday and illegally viewed stuff).

Kittyradio has a method for reporting illegal posts. You click on the post, and say why it's a problem. As a result, if no one reports the post, there isn't a problem. But if people keep reporting your posts, and then you don't get banned, there's a big problem. If you say you are 16 and post in the 18+ section and then people report your post, then kittyradio could get fucked over. No one gives a fuck about the ethics of teen sexuality or the age of consent or why these laws are in place. We just don't want to get fucked over by them.

If an avatar has nudity for artistic reasons, i'm guessing it's not illegal. If it's porn, i'm guessing it could very well be illegal. If it is illegal, kittyradio has a policy in place that if the user is reported, they can be banned. Problem fucking solved.

Please stop making a big deal out of this. People just don't want to have to deal with a bunch of bullshit, and you are making life more complicated, which always is bad. People on kittyradio have no desire in making this into a big deal. Even though kittyradio is clearly at the center of the entire universe, you don't have to make a big fucking deal about it.
