I say on, not a fan of the heat. leave the blinds open tho. or invest in sheer light colored curtains?

yes, window treatments are nice, but not for a ****ty apartment.

not just nice but practical as well. with the blinds open your ac will work harder and cost more, with the curtains you would still have light but less heat so more efficient ac operation.

but yeah for now just close th eiwndows.
