pawn shop

does this go in home and finances? no one reads that forum.

have you pawned any jewelry lately? are the prices very good?

let's say i have a gold ring i don't ever wear i'm considering pawning for melt value. how bad is the dealer cut?

have you done those mail in programs? are those better than my local pawn shop?

silver really isn't worth **** now but i have a lot of it i don't wear and scrap pieces from jewelry making days.

to pawn or not to pawn. these are the questions.

I really don't know much about this but I would have thought those mail-in places are risky, simply because don't they charge even more than straight forward commission ?

Also, I'd be wary of sending stuff in the mail, I know a lot of mail in places send you packaging/envelopes to send your stuff in, I would have thought disgruntled postal workers would eventually catch on and start five finger discounting the stuff once they recognise the packaging.

where is turning to mock you for not being able to pay your rent without having to pawn your grandmother's jewelry?

oh, i guess you aren't a good-looking gay guy who wants nothing to do w/ him, so he won't harass you much.

anyway. sucks you have to pawn **** to pay your rent. maybe move away from the bay area. you know it's expensive there, right? if you can't afford the rent you shouldn't be living there. have you heard about iowa? it's very cheap, but there are no pawn stores. so be sure to keep your finances in check.

ok, bye!

That happened to my mate when he sent his old phone to one of those things, he was meant to get £200 or something for it, but someone at the post office 5-inched the phone and the empty box arrived at the company so they sent my mate a letter saying he was trying to rip them off...
