I have this with Pratchett a bit, sometimes. Not the physical impressions, but some characterisitc traits and functions in the community.
It's probably not in the spirit of the thread, though, where I think it is about knowing the KR person first and then reading/seeing a character that reminds you? But.
For example I picture a younger Nanny Ogg as dirtyplotte. Lady Margolotta is an older clotty. I also do have someone as a Nobby Nobbs. In the best way possible. Susan reminds me a bit of Black Mambo.
