I'm finally leaving for good because I can't take the abuse. It's one thing to attack my fun posts but it's quite another to attack my looks. I decided it's no longer healthy for me to be here because it's making me depressed and that can lead to me going into a downward spiral. I'm not the most secure person in the world and I don't need to know that everytime I come here everyone is going to tell me how ugly or fugly I am. I've never been made fun of like that in MY REAL LIFE. And I've realized that it is just not worth being here if it's making me feel bad about myself when it's just a ****ing internet board. So I am leaving. Thanks for the good times but really this board hasn't been the same since early this year anyway. It's lost it's spark and it's just mean spirited. There are other boards that you can express yourselves on and talk about different pop culture topics without being attacked personally.

I'm sorry to hear that this place is having such a profound effect on you. It's probably best you leave, actually. Not that I'm trying to give you the final push, but if you think it's not doing you any good then leaving is your best choice. Some people just cope better with these things than others.
