You have to try to come into work if you are not in the union but you don't have to cross the picket line, is that correct?

I'm not striking in either of my jobs tomorrow.
At my last job there were going to be strikes but I wasn't in the union so I wasn't allowed to, but then they agreed to some percentage thing or something and everyone was happy so nobody striked in the end. I kinda wish people had though, there were a few toss-pots there I could've done without for a few days
