| | | Do any of you know how to find a dead rat in the car?! I have this Licoln Navigator and it has been stinking to high heaven for almost 3 months now, and we now know it must be a rodent of some sort (one person witnessed a rat go by the car and disappear)...and we have looked and looked, but we still can't find the bastard. We suspect he went into the air conditioning unit because everytime you turn it on, the smell gets worse and you can even see lots of "dust" coming out of the vents. What kind of tips do you guys have in at least narrowing it down to find it? I don't know if there is such thing, but, hell, it's worth a shot. |

| | | Go to a car repair shop?
If not, just pry open the air conditioning area.

| | | Hrm, I don't think this belongs in this forum, but I'm not sure where to move it.
I would take the vehicle and get it detailed and see if that helps or take it to a Lincoln dealership and they'll open it up and look inside. |

| | marmots will climb in and under cars, because they're attracted to the scent of whatever buildup lives in your radiator hoses, and then they eat your hoses. and your car fails.
maybe a marmot died in your engine block.
i call them mountain beavers. marmots, that is. not courtney.
