I don't use it anymore because of the heart palpitations and the shakes; I prefer ipratropium bromide but they are very arsey about giving it to you.

Too many asthma drugs can make you puke, plus if you have cough-variant asthma, too much coughing can make you vom too. I've felt unbelievably nauseous after being pumped full of asthma drugs in hospital, but I can never vom when I want to.

ok see I didn't know anything existed aside from Salbutamol. Generally it does me fine, though. I only have a couple of bad attacks a year on average so I can put up with it. I don't generally do the coughing, just the wheezing

I cough and cough and cough, then I notice between the coughs I am wheezing and then blood starts flying out (which I enjoy the drama of).

I thankfully haven't had a bad (need the hospital) attack in a while.

I haven't had a hospital one since 2008 *raps very hard on bedside table* I think the QVAR is working.

+ was on the verge of booking an awesome last minute holiday to Berlin and Gdansk next week
----- phoned up my mother who never goes anywhere to check she could take the cat and she is bloody well away in ***bria, which she can't *possibly* change the date of so can't look after the cat, and the cat can't stay in a cattery because he is a massive wuss and won't eat or poo in strange places and having just spent £1,000+ on problems relating to not eating and pooing I don't want to tread that path again
~maybe plus~ a friend might be able to look after him; can only really ask one friend because he has complex health issues and you need to be willing to pin down a cat twice a day to tablet him. Most people lack the nerve to wrestle with the whiskered bear trap of doom twice a day every day...
