It's similar to when you eat corn, it never gets absorbed by the digestive system, you normally pass the vast majority of corn in one or two goes, which is pretty much what happens with the sesame seeds, if you have a few seeds left after a couple of days it's no biggie, but if three days later you look as if your poo consists mostly of bird seeds, that's supposed to be the indicator of parasites.
