ask seventeen: is it normal?

go ahead and ask me. nothing is taboo as far as topics are concerned, but you must use the following format when presenting your query:

seventeen, is it normal _________?

for example:

seventeen, is it normal that i tasted my own period blood and liked it?

go ahead kr, let 'em rip! oh, and if someone wants to tell me about tasting their own period blood, that would really get my goat.

This reminds me of teen magazines I used to read when I was about 12 and people would write in going "Is it normal that one of my boobs is 8 cup sizes larger than the other/ I masturbate to goats/ I collect my sisters pubic hairs and rub them on my testicles/ yesterday I grew an extra tiny ***** off the side of my *****?"

And the response was always, don't worry this is a perfectly normal stage of growing up.

Somehow I don't think this thread is going to be like that though.

seventeen, is it normal to get real life sad over the fact you will never be able to meet someone from the past? (e.g Cleopatra)
*I am not sad about the fact i can't meet Cleopatra-that was just an example.

Dear Solly Coleslaw,

it is normal to have difficulty accepting some things. like dead people being dead forever. gone. for good. ROTTING in the ground.

if it were genuine sadness about cleopatra, that would be NOT normal. if it's about your dead daddy who died when you were a babby then that is NORMAL. the good news is, you are not sexually attracted to numbers.

if you are not going to ask a question, will you please dip your finger in your menses, put it to your tongue and then report back on the flavour?
