For instance, someone, might, create a username called ****Milk, or something, and then post in a certain style, for instance, use, commas, or, perhaps, write poems, in their, posts?

****Milk would create a thread called, I am a sockaholic, and then proceed to talk about how he wanked into various socks over a three weekend period and so on, and perhaps, even, so forth?

If this doesn't happen here, then I would like to ask, why? Perhaps it does happen, I don't know. Is there moderation that would take care of it, if someone complains? I demand answers immediately, I demand satisfaction.
