| There's actually a germ of truth to the thing about hemp being illegalised, or at least demonised, because of certain entrepreneurs being concerned that it could conflict with their interests. The guy Citizen Kane was based on is an example.
Of course, lengthy rants like this look pretty damn retarded, and I'd be inclined to say "why not just say it should be illegalised because people like it and it doesn't hurt them?", given that most of the secondary negative aspects that are cited (it leads to harder drugs, it funds terrorism, etc.) are more as a result of the drug's illegal status than anything inherent to the drug itself. |
