flat track is also a lot cheaper easier and more portable. bank track is hard for various reasons. you've got the cost of the actual track which is EXPENSIVE. you have to find a place to host the track (monthly rent). if you have a travel team you can only play against flat track teams which are actually pretty sparse.

coaching takes a lot longer with banked track too.

but yes i understand it's less br00tal.

Brutal is key. But as the trendiness continues to trend, banked tracks will be a worthwhile investment. Hell yes.

oh man there's a roller disco in my fair city. i should really go for my big thirtieth birthday. but that's not til october. so i should also go next week. and my roller disco derby name will be marla hooch.
