to caffeine - sometimes people run out of characters and can't sign their names, or forget. you should just shell out for a sub if it bothers you that much or start sticking certain peopel you think repped you on ignore and then go and look to see if the rep still shows up. if it doesn't - then that person did rep you, if they remain then its not them
