Is there anyone here who is a master of Photoshop or Gimp?
I have an old picture of my Grandfather ( he was a cop) and its had coffee or something else spilled on it or its smudged or something and I don't know how to clean it up..it was yellow and I covered that over with gray/black and white...but the smudges still show through against the skin etc...
If anyone could help me Id really appreciate it. Its not for me. Its for my father it'd mean the world to him.

Then again, the number of hours that the school photo took to do should have the learning-process factored-in. It was my first photo restoration and was several versions of Photoshop ago. I'm pretty sure that a partially-stained photo will take much less time.
These might be a little closer to what you're after...
