i would be such a happy girl if i could get produce, especially avacados, at my dollar store
:why don't we have a jealous smilie?:
but, we do have a large array of frozen foods/meals that they just started carrying within the past year or something at one location

everytime we go to that dollar store with the frozen food my son talks about how when he moves out on his own he will live entirely off the dollar store food, he keeps trying to convince me that it won't be awful for his health or his taste buds
hes a pretty smart and funny kid

anyway
my debit card wont let me spend any $ i dont have
and i have to agree its better that way
there is no sense paying a bunch of overdraft fees anyway
and yeah boa are a bunch of dicks
now that i think about it they ****ed me out of the free $25 if you open an account thing once so they must be especially ****ty even compared to other crappy banks

it varies by state
i could do all my credit cards if i wanted
but since i can't do my student loans i dont bother
also, you have to have a lawyer to file, you aren't allowed to do it yourself
and the free ones have been so booked the past few years that they won't take bankruptcy cases
so my plan is to ignore the phone and mail for the next 6 more years

joint

it involved gathering all of my monetary data. when its gone through, and the lawyer is sure we will be approved as we were not reckless with money and were essentially victims of the housing market (bought at the bubble and sold at the crash), and then credit card companies kept jacking our interest rates (as they did with almost all of us because of the economy. we were NEVER late with a payment). we only bought essentials. no fancy anything. our only car was made in 1983! (we use his moms Jetta, but its still under her name)

so we will be discharged of the debt and although we will qualify for credit cards immediately, which IMHO, is insane, we will refuse all offers of credit. maybe forever. we might even choose to buy a house outright. neither of us wants to ever have debt again.

in ten years, all information concerning the bankruptcy will be wiped from our record.

no student loans will be wiped. only lines of credit from the bank and credit cards. which is enough!

we will still owe 140k from student loans.
