how can you vote once if you don't know who has got what?

What dost thou meanest? If someone already has a sub? Or how many votes does someone already have? If someone already has a sub, they shouldn't be on the list....

i am sure that if you vote for someone that happens to have a sub already (and is therefore only on the list by accident) you get to vote again.
