now here they are swelling up the left side of my lower facial.

you really have to go to an oral surgeon now...

when it gets that bad it can get infected REALLY bad, i just treated a kid for that this week. to help yourself not let them get all infected, and to reduce swelling, you can do a rinse with hot water mixed with a little sea salt.
