i usually think tolerance is a myth for most people. tolerances are directly linked to physical dependence.
im thinking it has a lot more to do with boring everyday factors like how much sleep you've gotten, how much water you're drinking, how big yr morning **** was, what you've eaten that day, moods, etc..
just eat a big ol chicken sandwich, wait a bit, and then pace yourself. i dont think it's anything to freak out about.
