How can I learn how to read or spell on the internet?

I have alot of trouble reading and spelling these days. Right now I am using a microphone hooked up to this computer's software that types out what i say. What can I do so I can type on my own? I could spell a little by myself but not much.

...and since IO can't read- I drag my mouse arrow across what you type and a program speaks it out digitally. I see I wasted my energy.
