so last night at 10:45pm (which is late at our house) i get the phone call from the cops, telling me my 16 year old little sister was in an 'incident' and that i need to find one of my parents and drive them down to a very seedy part of town. there are literally 30+ cop cars and tons of on foot police swarming the area when we get there, and we come to find out my sheltered little sister was ****ing stabbed!

i guess she was with her friend and some random ****er wearing red pajama pants asked for their numbers, and they said no, so he stabbed the 14 year old (who is like 5'0 and about 95 lbs) in the stomach with a 9' inch knife twice, and while pulling the knife out, he punched my sister twice, and then the blade caught the side of her arm/stomach. then he cleaned the blade infront of them, and walked away. WALKED AWAY.

the smaller girl who got stabbed directally was taken to a hospital, and i'm pretty sure she died last night from blood loss and choking on her own vomit. when we left the crime scene at 3:40am she was still in critical condition. it was/is ABSURD.

who ****ing comes up and asks "yo can i get your number", and when you say "no", they stab you!?

and all morning the "press" have been calling since 6am trying to talk to me, my mom, my sister, trying to get a statement. who does that? the girl just watched her friend get stabbed, LET HER SLEEP. and they don't relent, they're so rude, asking if we could wake her up, or if we can give statements on her behalf, or reveal the name of the girl who was stabbed, or give photos. how they even got our names/phone numbers, i dont know...what ASSHOLES.

I really hope they find him and that everyone is okay.

You guys should shut off your phone for several days because if you do that, the media folk will probably lay off...at least a little bit. Be sure to hug your little sister lots and lots--it sounds like she's going to need it.

my sister's not very emotional or into hugs. i wish she was though.
she's trying not to make it seem real, and is doing the "it's no big deal, leave me alone..." teenage thing, i think.

but last night, while the police were interviewing her for the 1000th time, she stood up and yelled "COME ON! WHO SHOWS UP IN THEIR PAJAMAS, WITH A KNIFE, TO HIT ON GIRLS. UHM, NO, NO ONE WANTS THAT. OBVIOUSLY I DIDN'T TALK TO HIM, HE'S UGLY!".
