Valentine's Day has evolved into the mid-point of our liquor-buying season: We buy Bailey's and rum at Christmas, then I buy him a bottle for Valentine's Day, and a bottle for his birthday (no fixed type, I just ask him what he's in the mood for at the time), which is in early March. Then we don't buy booze except beer again until Christmas.
