My friend and this guy keep sending e-mails to each other. she met him over the internet when she was looking for a job on craigslist and the guy responded. He's American living in Bulgaria and she Bulgarian living in U.S. Recently the guy told her he'll come back here and she asked him to bring her some things she needed from home (basic ladies' things). The guy refussed saying that he can't find a play to store his furniture for the 3 months he'll be gone lol

This is how the last two convos went between them:

That is why you plan ahead if you know you are going to go back home! you whine too much. Find someone to rent the apartment to for 3 months. That way you could keep your things in there. They'll pay the rent and you get to keep the things in. Use your imagination

Why are you so secretive about "watchaya" do in Bulgaria. Or do you suffer from ADD and don't see the question when I ask you. If you don't want to play fair, we might not even play at all or talk that is. { here she meant wasting her time with writing e-mails}

So, basically this guy contacted by friend via e-mail. Then he didn't write for 5 months and when he knew he was coming back he e-mailed her again and asked her to go see him wherever he lives and teach him bulgarian
He never told her what he was up to there (she's afraid he's a pedophile since there are a few Westerners going there for boys that's what she says). Now she needs advice whether to keep talking to this guy and what to tell him to shut him up for what he said in his last e-mail. Will you even consider e-mailing to someone random like that over the internet? What should I tell her? I told her to stop e-mailing him but she said he intrigues her

I don't think there was anything wrong with that advice, I'm being completely serious. Might sound harsh but it's true...he sounds sketchy, if I were her friend I wouldn't be able to, in good conscience, support her meeting him. If you think little enough of him to call him some 'internet weirdo', I assume you don't feel too differently.

Don't trust anyone over the internet unless it's a forum such as this one. But even then, you can't be 100% sure.
