My boyfriend has this new friend called luke, and he's an absolute moron.
Except, as I love my boyfriend, I would never tell him how i feel.
Luke is the type of boy that spends an hour straightening his blonde highlighted hair every morning, and even has a secret mirror inside his college bag. He has a go at me for not liking Queen. He is an actor, he's been in a couple of not-so-well-known films.. fair play to him, he's quite good at acting. But god, the boasting is TOO MUCH.

Anyway. For christmas, I was getting some concert tickets for my boyfriend. And I TOLD Luke I was getting them. The convosation went on for quite a while, I asked luke what he thought of me getting the tickets and everything. Luke said 'It was a great idea, he'll love it, you are an amazing girlfriend for getting him such a cool presant.'
that was yestoday.

TODAY. I'm currently on MSN and Luke asked me for my boyfriend's new phone number. I gave it too him. And luke goes 'Aw thanks. It's just, I'm ringing him up to ask him if he wants me to get those tickets for him'
and I replied 'Oooh cool.. but i was gonna buy him those. For christmas.'
and Luke said 'Hmm. lol.'
and I said 'What? Is it a **** presant?'
and he said 'Yeah it is. I'd rather buy them for him.'
and i kept saying 'I am' and he kept saying 'hmm'.. as in 'Tough, i'm getting them anyway', basically.

And you know what? My boyfriend just rang me up and said 'Luke just bought me some plus 44 tickets! How ****ing great is he? It's such a cool christmas presant.'

Now i'm just ****ed off. I have nothing to get my boyfriend and it was such a good idea, i knew he'd love it.

Am i over reacting?
