for some call centres, if it's proper techincal support but if it's just a generic call centre, any chump can get a job.

i've worked in a few call centres, an airline and ticketbastard. both sucked ass and both payed shit.

from my experience, most indians have better english what i hear americans speak on television. get over the accent and listen properly.
