That's the whole trouble. You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "Fuck you" right under your nose.” - J. D. Salinger

exercise. stretch. pilates or yoga.

if its your neck what you need to do is slowly stretch it, put your chin towarrs your armpitand your opposite arm to where youve put your chin place it behind your back

eg move your chin towards your left armpuitand make sure you're looking that way, then move your right hand behind your back in a l shape.

no doubt you also are tight elsewhere its all interrelated. just keep stretching every day. it could also be how you sleep. do it slow and do it after yo've warmed up a little bit, go for a 10min brisk walk or something.

try putting a couple of tennis balls in a long sock and tying it off. then set it on the floor and lay down, putting them under your shoulderblade where it hurts.
