Special K products really are good, they have cereal, cereal/snack bars and cereal/snack bites. They come in a lot of different flavors too, hehe.

they're okay, but it's still all carbs. You need to have a high BMI to lose weight on that cereal diet anyway.
I find if I eat one of those cereal bars in the morning, I am hungry by 11am.

Yeah the cereal bars are SO tiny! I really only have them for when I don't feel like preparing cereal. If I'm really hungry I'll eat 1 cereal bar and 1 snack bites packet which is 180 calories because a 90 calories little bar just really isn't enough for breakfast IMO.

I have not yet tried the waffles, no...I don't know if we have them over here. You drink the weight watchers meal-replacement shakes too don't you? are they filling?

I'm sure they are if they have the other products, It's nice to have something different sometimes. You just heat them in the microwave and there you go!

I drink Slimfast Optima meal replacement shakes & bars, they have much less sugar than the regular products and a lot of added nutrition and stuff. They are also designed to "Help Control Hunger", the best part. Regular slimfast products just don't fill you up but these really do, you just get a shake or bar and eat/drink it slowly and by the time you're done you're very full.

The shakes have really good flavors.. French Vanilla, Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Royale, Strawberries & Cream, even a Cappucieno flavor!

The bars also have very yummy and unique flavors. My favorite so far being Oatmeal Raisin.

South Beach Diet also have very nice meal replacement products, I THINK they have shakes, not sure, but I know they have bars and frozen meals.

Also.. Kashi is a VERY great brand. It's a little bit more expensive than the other brands but it's so much better. They have cereal, bars, frozen meals, etc.. All very good, I'm starting to buy some of their products. The frozen meals taste so much better and have a lot more food than most brands.
