The suburbs of Birmingham are supposed to be pretty insane too if you've got a modest income unless its an apartment.

hey kellygirl and anyone else who can help me out.i figure kelly youd know or atleast have an idea as to the answer to my question.alright now in california if someone were to buy a home or condo do you know what the condo fees are and the home fees if the homes are in a community where you pay dues?also property taxes is it about the same everywhere or way more in la then say anaheim or irvine or san diego.like lets say half a million or 600k how much would one be talking about?oh and homeowners insurance?

i know in md property taxes are cheap (extremely cheap)-for state portion like people who have half million dollar homes in say harford county pay around a thousand a yr.in baltimore the taxes are extremely high like for a half million dollar home it is like 5k.even cheaper homes in baltimore city are like a thousand and two thousand a year(its all the city)portion.

id assume los angeles would have high city taxes.what cities would be more reasonable?

like some condos in md the fees like in the county are like 100-150 a month .the new ritz carton buildings i think were like 500 or 600 a month.

is electricity sky high there in monarch beach?i wouldnt figure californians would use much heat so the heating and cooling company would charge outrageously for electric.

i know our house that is single family(sits by itself)in balto. in the winter the average heating bill is over 400.
