Getting a US Visa with a criminal record???? - Page 3

We arent sure what type of visa- either work or tourist. We are trying to plan a visit first, then an eventual move. He is a UK citizen.

Well then as far as I know for tourism up to 3 months he does not need a visa.

Work visas you can only get by having work offered to you based in the US, the company has to send the do***ents showing they are hiring you.

See I think you DO need a visa for tourism- ONLY if you have a criminal record. Any UK citizen WITHOUT a criminal record can get in on just a passport and Esta.

LOL. Not a criminal internet boyfriend. But I am guessing your right in the sense that if you can get in on a tourist visa you can get married and then be done with the whole process??
