| | | I'm bumping this thread, but I will say that my Chicago-area pal says that there's more to do and see and have fun with in Chicago than many places, and the food is suppossed to be stellar.
I know that helps, like, nil. But have fun! |

| | | aww, I've gone to Chicago a few times, I love it there!
If you wanna try Chicago style pizza, you must go to Pizzeria Uno. They're freaking delicious. I'm not even a big pizza person & I love that place. |

My ex took me to the one that's located in Kenmore Square. Turns out I've walked past the original Uno's restaurant here in Chicago many times and never noticed it!

| | | you're probably not interested at all but chicago has some amazing art venues. i was surprised by the amount of art there and the quality of all of it. truly an amazing city (and not only because of the art). after my stint in nyc i'll try to move to chicago.

| | | Well it was good but it wasnt GREAT, I mean I prefered The Hilton, but it is good.
The best thing is the beds and the free giftbag. And the fact the China Grill is within the Hotel.
And it is kinda dark, the staff was ok, they were great as far as helping with luggage but you when you ask them for stuff they are like "uh no, I don't want to, whereas the Hilton was very nice, when I had blisters all over my feet they came up and sent a first aid kit.
The decor is nice to me, losts of classic rock art, and I liked how the store sold Harijuki Lovers clothing.
But the staff just needs to be more accomadating.
Overall it is good but it could be a lot better, I think the fact that they charge more than The Hilton they should be more accomodating and they weren't.
Comfy beds though. |
