| A little bit of French translation I'm sending a little resume to a friend who home-teaches, who is going to pass it on to the home teaching network in France, and was wondering if some French speakers could help me out with a little bit of translation.
"My name is Hannah, I am 19 years old and am a first year philosophy and english student in the UK. I would like to spend the summer in France improving my speaking skills, by living with a family who could either employ me and pay me with free accomodation and a small amount of pocket money, or help me find employment locally from which I could pay a contribution towards accomodation.
I have excellent British education qualifications, including an A in A level French, and could tutor children in English. I finish university on the 15th of June and will be free until late September."

I've missed out the accents because I'm lazy, but I know where they're all going to go, it's not them I have a problem with. I don't know how to say the last paragraph; I want to say that they're education qualifications, but all I can think of is "je suis bien qualifiee" (well, with the accent on first e - my laziness again). I'd be very grateful to anyone who could help me translate that last bit. Thanks! |
