| | I live near Newbury.
Its the only real 'town' in the area. The rest is just villages, so yes it is very pretty. The only place that isn't nice is the town I actually live in.
Most of it is farmland like this.
Lord Canarvon (who found the tomb of Tutankhamun) is buried at the top of Beacon Hill here.
(this is the highest point on the hill NOT THE ACTUAL GRAVE)
Its really good for picnics and kite flying.
Watership down was written and set at the same hill. Jordan and Peter Andre got married in Lord Canarvons house, Highclere castle which next to the massive hill. They also have gigs there in the summer occasionally. Eric Clapton played a couple of years back.
This is the canal in Newbury.

| | | I live in Surrey. More so, Croydon. Fun things to do
-Be served drinks when you are underage
-Be murdered if you are a gay male and have a screwdriver shoved up your butt
-Be mugged (held and knife point, gunpoint, attacked, raped etc)
-Be verbally abused
-get tattoos which will most likely give you aidz
HOWEVER
It is the home of néstle. I plan to kill myself by jumping off their building and scream 'néstle building, you have met your maaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttttttttttttttttttttccccccccccc cccchhhhhhhhhh' *SPLAT*

You really should(n't) I don't want you to die
It's not too bad in some parts.
STAY CLEAR OF WEST CROYDON.
you don't want to be lost there at night. Me and the ex used to stay in a friends house there every now and then and it was SO scary.

| | | I always thought Croyden was posh when I was young because my stepmum lived on a "private" estate with "private" gardens and "private" woods there. She thought she was posh too. I think that's the problem with most Croyden people.
Although, to be fair, Croyden is posh compared to where I live.
You awful poshos. |

| | | no foot tunnels but wandered round elephant and castle after a squat party at 3 in the morning on my own. was alright but still felt a bit tense. I feel a lot more scared in suburban areas. I would rather go for one of my late night/early morning wanders in holloway road (where I used to live) than chiswick (where I do now).
